LinqReach provides managed LinkedIn outbound infrastructure and is operated by Inlinum ("LinqReach", "we", "us", "our"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at mike@linqreach.com. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, LinqReach is the data controller of the information described below.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your mobile number
• Your company
• Your estimated monthly outreach volume (optional)
• The message you send us, including any details about your ideal customer profile and goals

If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information needed to schedule the meeting, such as your name, email, and chosen time.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
• To schedule and hold discovery calls or campaign walkthroughs
• To prepare a campaign plan and provide our services if you become a customer

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
